Narrative:
On January 8, 2017, the Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney charged Rollie Davis Jr., 26, of Fulton with the following offenses: FELONY Unlawful Use of a Weapon and Assault 4th. Davis remains in-custody at the Callaway County Jail pending a court set bond of $5,000.00.
On January 7, 2018 at approximately 11:36 AM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies and Missouri State Highway Patrol troopers responded to the 1200 block of County Road 350 west of Millersburg, adjacent to the Boone County line, for a report of female being held against her will by Rollie Davis who was reportedly armed with a firearm. Upon the arrival of a state trooper just prior to deputies, he located Davis outside the residence and took him into custody. Deputies determined the victim was able to flee the area and was found safe. During an area search, deputies located a rifle. Deputies then took custody of Davis and transported him to the Callaway County Jail.
The investigation is ongoing and further charges could be forthcoming. NO FURTHER INFORMATION WILL BE RELEASED AT THIS TIME.
