PROACTIVE DEPUTY PATROLS OF HOLTS SUMMIT AREA LEAD TO ANOTHER METH ARREST

James Martin-Lucas, 24, of Fulton
Narrative:
On October 17, 2019, at approximately 11:57 AM, a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputy was conducting proactive patrols of the Holts Summit area. During the course of the patrols, the deputy stopped James Martin-Lucas, 24, of Fulton for a traffic violation in the area of State Road AA and East Simon Boulevard. During the course of the traffic stop investigation, methamphetamine was located.
Martin-Lucas was arrested and transported to the Callaway County Jail. Martin-Lucas was booked/processing for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance and later released with summons for Court appearance.
