FULTON MAN CHARGED WITH FELONY DRUG AND STEALING OFFENSES AFTER SHERIFF’S OFFICE INVESTIGATION

Narrative:
On November 21, 2019, the Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney charged Ashley Foster, 32, of Fulton with the felony offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Knowingly Burning. Additional misdemeanor charges include Stealing, Assault, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Foster is being held in the Callaway County Jail pending $10,000 bond.
The aforementioned charges are the result of Callaway County Sheriff’s Office investigations conducted in the 5000 block of Oak Lane near Fulton and the 5000 block of State Road D near Williamsburg during the nighttime hours of November 21, 2019. Those investigations involved the commission of several criminal acts including the theft of items from various properties. At the time of Foster’s arrest, he was found to be in possession of a felony controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
The investigation is ongoing and further charges are possible.
