On May 9, 2021, at 4:20 PM, a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office K9 unit was proactively patrolling the area of State Road O. During the course of the patrol, the deputy stopped Dominique Reed, 29, of St. Louis, MO for a traffic violation. Reed was subsequently arrested reference a Callaway County warrant for Felony Assault, in addition to misdemeanor stealing and drug related charges. Reed was transported to the Callaway County Jail, booked/processed, and later released upon bond post.
On May 10, 2021, at 12:09 PM, a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputy conducted an investigation in the 5000 block of Jade Road. During the course of the investigation, felony level controlled substances were located. Kirby Brown, 36, of Kingdom City, MO was arrested for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance. Brown was transported to the Callaway County Jail, booked/processed, and later released with summons for court appearance. The Missouri State Highway Patrol assisted with the investigation.
On May 10, 2021, at 2:05 PM, a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputy conducted an investigation in the area of State Road OO. During the course of the investigation, the deputy located John McNew, 20, of Holts Summit, MO. McNew was wanted reference a Cole County warrant for Felony Delivery of a Controlled Substance. McNew was arrested, booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail, and later released upon bond post.
On May 11, 2021, at 7:59 AM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted a follow-up investigation in Kingdom City. Subsequently, Zachary Jennings, 31, of Paris, MO was arrested for two felony Burglary offenses that had recently occurred at a local Kingdom City business. Jennings was transported to the Callaway County Jail, booked/processed, and later released with summons for Court appearance.
On May 11, 2021, at 3:54 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted an investigation in the area of State Road O. During the course of the investigation, deputies contacted Jesse Devalle, 40, of Fulton, MO. Devalle was wanted reference numerous Callaway County warrant for felony probation violations. Devalle was arrested, transported to the Callaway County Jail, and remains in-custody.
On May 11, 2021, at 5:00 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted an investigation in the area of Hunter Lane. During the course of the investigation, methamphetamine was located. As deputies attempted to take Yreeka Livingston, 26, of Holts Summit, MO and Valrey Johnson, 27, of Holts Summit, MO into custody, both resisted arrest. Johnson subsequently assaulted two Callaway County deputies. Livingston and Johnson were transported to the Callaway County Jail where Johnson was found to have methamphetamine concealed within his body cavity. The Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney charged Livingston with the Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance and Felony Resisting Arrest. Livingston remains in-custody at the Callaway County Jail. Johnson too remains in-custody at the Callaway County reference numerous Callaway and Cole County warrants for felony charges including Burglary, Stealing, Probation Violation, and Tampering with a Motor Vehicle 1st. The Missouri State Highway Patrol assisted with the investigation.
On May 12, 2021, at 1:10 AM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies investigated a disturbance in the State Road HH area. Prior to deputy arrival, Robert Goins, 47, of Fulton, MO fled the scene. Later on that date, at 8:21 AM, a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office K9 unit spotted Goins near Cardinal Drive and State Road HH. Goins fled on foot and a manhunt was initiated involving numerous Callaway County deputies, Missouri State Highway Patrol troopers, and Fulton Police Department officers. Deputies subsequently located Goins in the area of Dunham Drive and took him into custody. The Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney charged Goins with Felony Assault and Felony Unlawful Possession of a Firearm (felon in possession). Goins remains in-custody at the Callaway County Jail.
On May 13, 2021, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office received information concerning a stolen vehicle in the Tebbetts area. On May 14, 2021, at 6:31 AM, a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputy spotted the vehicle on State Road BB near County Road 430. Deputies subsequently stopped the vehicle on nearby Old Highway 54 and arrested the driver, John Murray, 31, of Tebbetts, MO for Tampering with a Motor Vehicle 1st. Murray was transported to the Callaway County Jail, booked/processed, and later released with summons for Court appearance.
On May 14, 2021, at 9:32 AM, a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputy was proactively patrolling County Road 259. During the patrol, the deputy stopped Steven Neal, 65, of Fulton, MO for a traffic violation. Methamphetamine was subsequently recovered. Neal was arrested, transported to the Callaway County Jail, booked/processed for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, and later released with summons for Court appearance.
On May 14, 2021, at 11:38 PM, a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputy was proactively patrolling the area of State Road BB and US Highway 54. During the course of the proactive patrol, the deputy attempted to stop Gerald Gleason, 22, of Columbia, MO for a traffic violation. Gleason fled and a vehicle pursuit ensued on eastbound (north) US Highway 54. Gleason ultimately traveled westbound State Road F. In the 2700 block of State Road F, east of Millersburg, Gleason stopped, exited the vehicle, and fled on foot. Callaway County K9 Iro located Gleason and deputies took him into custody. Gleason was transported to the Callaway County Jail where he remains in-custody. The Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney charged Gleason with Felony Resisting Arrest. The Missouri State Highway Patrol assisted with the pursuit.
On May 15, 2021, at 11:28 AM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted an investigation in the Shamrock area. During the course of the investigation, deputies located and arrested John Williams, 43, of Auxvasse, MO. Williams was wanted reference a Callaway County warrant for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance. Williams was transported to the Callaway County Jail, booked/processed, and later released after bond post.
