CALLAWAY COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE – ASSISTED BY FULTON POLICE – EXECUTE NARCOTICS SEARCH WARRANT IN FULTON

Joshua Byrd, 29, of Fulton
Narrative:
On June 19, 2018 at 5:52 AM, the Callaway County Sheriff’s Office executed a Callaway County narcotics search warrant at a residence in the 200 block of St. Francis Street in Fulton. The warrant had been obtained as the result of a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office drug investigation.
The Fulton Police Department – Special Response Unit (SRU) and the MUSTANG drug task force assisted with the subsequent search warrant execution.
During the search warrant execution; methamphetamine, pills, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia were located.
Deputies subsequently arrested Joshua Byrd, 29, of Fulton for FELONY Possession of a Controlled Substance (two counts), Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Marijuana.
Byrd is being held in the Callaway County Jail on the aforementioned probable cause offenses awaiting a judge bond setting.
