SHERIFF’S OFFICE PATROL NEAR KINGDOM CITY YIELDS ANOTHER FELONY DRUG ARREST

Daniel Lucas, 36, of St. Charles, MO
Narrative:
On January 1, 2018 at approximately 4:03 AM, a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputy was patrolling the Kingdom City area. During the deputy patrol, Daniel Lucas, 36, of St. Charles, MO was stopped for a traffic violation near the intersection of State Road Z and Jade Road east of Kingdom City. During the traffic stop investigation, a felony amount of marijuana was located, in addition to items related to the sale of drugs.
Lucas was subsequently arrested for FELONY Delivery of a Controlled Substance and transported to the Callaway County Jail. Lucas was placed on a court-set bond of $6,500.00 which he later posted and was released pending court appearance.
